Product details

Polyethylene flange cover cap for DIN 100.2mm bore, seals and protects flanges in storage and transit.

A push-fit cap that shields the gasket face and sealing surface of DN 25 flanges from dirt, moisture and impact damage. Widely used by maintenance teams, site engineers and pipe stock handlers across water, utilities, oil and gas to prevent costly rework and preserve flange integrity before assembly.

Key Features

  • Snug fit over DIN flange face – 100.2mm internal diameter
  • Durable polyethylene construction with chemical resistance
  • Protects gasket seating surface from dust, moisture and mechanical damage
  • Lightweight and reusable across multiple storage and transit cycles
  • Pressure Series 6 rated for DN 25 applications

Sizing questions

How do I pick the right cap?

Measure the outside diameter (OD) of the flange. The cap inside diameter (ID) should match it.

Why are there two caps for one size?

Flange outside diameters vary with the pressure class, so some sizes come with more than one cap ID. Measure the OD and pick the ID that matches.

ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?

ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
