Payment Policy

This payment policy applies to all orders placed on componentfixco.co.uk, operated by Component Fix Co (a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd).

Accepted payment methods

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and express checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available on your device.

Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%.
UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 per order and is shown at checkout before you pay.
If you need a VAT invoice, please contact us with your order number.

Placing an order

You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout to enter your delivery details and pay.
Payment is taken when you place your order, and you will receive an order confirmation email.
We deliver to UK addresses only.
Card details are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help before it is dispatched.
