Product details
Polyethylene cover cap designed to protect DIN flange faces from dirt, moisture and impact damage.
This DN 15 flange cover cap fits snugly over the raised face of a pipe flange, forming a secure seal that guards the critical sealing surface during storage, transport and on-site handling. The durable polyethylene construction resists chemicals and moisture, making it suitable for use across industrial pipework systems in oil and gas, water utilities, plant maintenance and fabrication environments.

Sizing questions
How do I pick the right cap?
Measure the outside diameter (OD) of the flange. The cap inside diameter (ID) should match it.
Why are there two caps for one size?
Flange outside diameters vary with the pressure class, so some sizes come with more than one cap ID. Measure the OD and pick the ID that matches.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
