Product details
Polyethylene flange cover cap designed to shield ANSI pipe flanges from dirt, moisture and impact damage during storage, transit and on-site handling.
This push-fit cap seals over the raised face of a pipe flange, creating a protective barrier that preserves the gasket sealing surface until installation. Sized to fit 3/4" ANSI flanges (130mm ID), it is commonly deployed across oil and gas pipework, water utilities, and plant maintenance operations where flange protection prevents costly rework and downtime.
Key Features
- Snap-fit design for quick and secure application to flange faces
- Durable polyethylene construction resists chemical attack and UV degradation
- Transparent or translucent finish allows visual inspection of flange condition
- Lightweight and reusable across multiple flange sizes
- Conforms to ANSI flange standard dimensions
- Protects against dust, moisture and accidental mechanical damage
Specifications

Sizing questions
How do I pick the right cap?
Measure the outside diameter (OD) of the flange. The cap inside diameter (ID) should match it.
Why are there two caps for one size?
Flange outside diameters vary with the pressure class, so some sizes come with more than one cap ID. Measure the OD and pick the ID that matches.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
