Product details
Polyethylene flange cover cap designed to protect ANSI 4" pipe flanges from dirt, moisture and impact damage.
This cap fits snugly over the raised face of a 4" ANSI flange to form a complete seal against the bore and gasket sealing surface. It prevents contamination and corrosion during storage and transit, and shields the flange face from accidental damage on-site. Ideal for maintenance teams, plant operators and pipe stockholders who need reliable temporary protection before final assembly or installation.

Sizing questions
How do I pick the right cap?
Measure the outside diameter (OD) of the flange. The cap inside diameter (ID) should match it.
Why are there two caps for one size?
Flange outside diameters vary with the pressure class, so some sizes come with more than one cap ID. Measure the OD and pick the ID that matches.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
