Product details
Polyethylene flange cover cap for 10" ANSI flanges, designed to protect gasket faces and sealing surfaces from dirt, moisture and damage.
This circular push-fit cap slides over pipe flanges to form a protective seal against environmental contaminants and accidental impact. Manufactured from durable polyethylene, it maintains flange face integrity during storage, handling and transportation on industrial sites. Suitable for a wide range of applications in oil and gas, water utilities, chemical processing and general pipework.

Sizing questions
How do I pick the right cap?
Measure the outside diameter (OD) of the flange. The cap inside diameter (ID) should match it.
Why are there two caps for one size?
Flange outside diameters vary with the pressure class, so some sizes come with more than one cap ID. Measure the OD and pick the ID that matches.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
