Product details
Black LDPE stud hole insert designed to protect 6" Class 900 flange faces by plugging the bolt holes around the flange perimeter.
This flange protection cap features four ribs that grip into the stud holes of a Class 900 flange, sealing the bolt circle and shielding the gasket face from contamination. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene, it resists moisture, dirt, paint and most oils—ideal for pipeline fabricators, refineries, and maintenance teams handling expensive flange equipment.

Sizing questions
Which class do I need?
Use the pressure class stamped on the flange rim. Inserts are sized to the bolt holes of that class, so an insert for a different class may not fit.
How many do I need?
One insert per bolt hole. The bolt-hole count depends on the flange size and class — count the holes on your flange.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
