Product details
Low-density polyethylene stud hole insert sized to protect 4" ANSI 150 class flange faces.
This protective cap features four integral ribs that engage the bolt holes around a flange, holding it firmly in place over the raised face. Moulded from high-quality LDPE, it shields the gasket sealing surface and exposed bore from moisture ingress, dirt contamination, paint overspray and incidental oil contact during fabrication, transport, storage and on-site maintenance.

Sizing questions
Which class do I need?
Use the pressure class stamped on the flange rim. Inserts are sized to the bolt holes of that class, so an insert for a different class may not fit.
How many do I need?
One insert per bolt hole. The bolt-hole count depends on the flange size and class — count the holes on your flange.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
