Black LDPE stud hole insert designed to protect 3" 900 Class flange bolt holes and gasket faces.
This flange protection insert features four ribs that push into the stud holes around a flange to hold it securely in place. Manufactured from high-quality low-density polyethylene, it shields the critical flange face from moisture, dirt, paint and most oils during production, storage, transportation and maintenance work.

Sizing questions
Which class do I need?
Use the pressure class stamped on the flange rim. Inserts are sized to the bolt holes of that class, so an insert for a different class may not fit.
How many do I need?
One insert per bolt hole. The bolt-hole count depends on the flange size and class — count the holes on your flange.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
