Product details
Low-density polyethylene stud hole insert that pushes onto flange bolts to shield the gasket face during production, transport and storage.
These inserts feature four ribs that engage the stud holes around the flange, creating a protective seal over the entire gasket face. Manufactured from high-quality LDPE, they resist moisture, dirt, paint and most oils, making them ideal for protecting costly equipment in hydraulic and refining applications.

Sizing questions
Which class do I need?
Use the pressure class stamped on the flange rim. Inserts are sized to the bolt holes of that class, so an insert for a different class may not fit.
How many do I need?
One insert per bolt hole. The bolt-hole count depends on the flange size and class — count the holes on your flange.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
