Product details

Blue LDPE stud hole insert sized for 12" 300 Class flanges, designed to protect bolt holes and flange faces from moisture, dirt and damage during production, storage and transit.

This flange protector features four ribs that lock into the stud bolt holes around the flange perimeter, holding it firmly in place without tools. Moulded from durable low-density polyethylene, it guards the critical sealing surface and gasket area against contamination, paint overspray, oils and handling damage.

Sizing questions

Which class do I need?

Use the pressure class stamped on the flange rim. Inserts are sized to the bolt holes of that class, so an insert for a different class may not fit.

How many do I need?

One insert per bolt hole. The bolt-hole count depends on the flange size and class — count the holes on your flange.

ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?

ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
