Product details
Self-adhesive neoprene rubber disc for DIN flanges up to 160 bar, protecting the flange face during storage, transport and installation.
These flexible protective discs are moulded from 70 Shore neoprene rubber and feature a low-tack adhesive backing that bonds securely to the raised flange face without leaving residue when removed. Designed to seal the bore and shield the gasket sealing surface from dirt, moisture and damage, they are widely used across industrial pipework applications where flange protection is essential.

Sizing questions
Which disc size do I need?
Pick the disc for your flange standard and nominal size. The disc diameter is in the title so you can check it against the flange face.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
Does it come off before assembly?
Yes — peel the disc off before the gasket goes in.
