Product details
Four-rib LDPE insert that plugs the bolt holes of a DN 300 / 12" 600 Class flange to protect the sealing surface and gasket face.
These inserts are designed to push into the stud holes around a flange perimeter, offering fast and cost-effective protection during production, transportation, storage and maintenance work. The high-quality LDPE plastic resists moisture, dirt, paint and most oils, making them popular in oil and gas refining, hydraulics and heavy plant operations.

Sizing questions
Which class do I need?
Use the pressure class stamped on the flange rim. Inserts are sized to the bolt holes of that class, so an insert for a different class may not fit.
How many do I need?
One insert per bolt hole. The bolt-hole count depends on the flange size and class — count the holes on your flange.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
