Product details
Stud hole insert designed to protect flange faces by pushing into the bolt holes around a DN 300 flange.
Manufactured from LDPE plastic, this insert offers a quick and cost-effective way to shield flange sealing surfaces from moisture, dirt, paint and most oils during production, transportation, storage and maintenance. The ribs grip the stud holes securely without requiring tools or fasteners. Commonly used in oil and gas refining and hydraulic applications where flange protection is critical.

Sizing questions
Which class do I need?
Use the pressure class stamped on the flange rim. Inserts are sized to the bolt holes of that class, so an insert for a different class may not fit.
How many do I need?
One insert per bolt hole. The bolt-hole count depends on the flange size and class — count the holes on your flange.
ANSI or DIN — which is my flange?
ANSI / ASME flanges are sized in inches (for example 4") with a pressure class such as 150 or 300. DIN / EN flanges are sized in DN (for example DN 100) with a PN rating. The standard and size are normally stamped on the flange rim.
